The different scenarios

The choice of options can be multiple.

• If the EGLD is $30, the current options presented are:

Option 1: Delay, wait a better time to convert EGLD to USDC;

Option 2: Convert the EGLD and start production of a single watch model;

Option 3: Setting up an extra cost for all models;

Option 4: Setting up an extra cost for the premium Made model.

• If the EGLD is $50, the current options presented are:

Option 1: Delay, wait a better time to convert EGLD to USDC;

Option 2: Produce only one watch model;

Option 3: Produce only two models;

Option 4: Setting up an extra cost;

• If the EGLD is $75, the current options presented are:

Option 1: Delay, wait a better time to convert EGLD to USDC;

Option 2: Convert EGLD to USDC and start production of 1 model;

Option 3: Convert EGLD to USDC and start production of 2 models;

Option 4: Convert EGLD to USDC and start production of 3 models;

Option 5: Setting up an extra cost (for all models);

Option 6: Setting up an extra cost (for the premium watch model);

• If the EGLD is $125, production will be assured for all 3 models.
