💱Business model

The project is based on the idea of crowdfunding but not only, we will set up different watches services as we said before in the part "Trade watches". Pre-sales and public sales will raise a certain amount of money for the project. In this section, we will detail how we will use the funds generated by the Genesis collection, the use of royalties and the different plans associated to the project.

A) Funds generated by the VSWatch Genesis collection

• Production 78% : This large part of the funds will be used to finance the supplier to produce the watch models.

• Prototyping 2% : This portion will be used to finance the prototyping phase (engraving, choice of bracelet, modifications to be made, etc.)

• Marketing 5% : Our ambition is to get the project adopted and gain visibility. This funds will be used for communication, advertising, participation in events, etc.

• DAO 5% : It will be used to set up a DAO directly on our website managed 100% independently.

• Development 10% : This part gonna be to achieve the main points of our roadmap and the different perspectives presented.
