Hypotheses

To fund the project, we need to convert the $EGLD into USDC. This step is important for the future of the project because it is at the time of conversion that we will be able to start production.

The major project risk is the cryptocurrency market. In view of the current EGLD price ($50 21/09/2022), the production of several models does not allow, in any transparency, benefits for the project and its development.

Not producing is not an option. We will respect our promises and the project’s values regarding the production of watches. Each holder of a VSWatch NFT will receive a unique, quality and free watch, as well as the associated certificate of authenticity in the form of an NFT.

The various hypotheses and associated scenarios will be presented and voted in DAO.

The establishment of an incubation period of the NFT allows to temporize on the state of the market and the establishment of a lottery will be announced to keep the community active.

As production is not profitable at a current EGLD price, we are setting up different scenarios in order to respect the principle and objective of the project: producing quality watches.

All scenarios will be presented in DAO and voted by members with decision-making authority. The goal being to produce watches, we have thought about different possible prices of the EGLD if the market remains bearish.
